Conrad Donald Construction was founded in 2001 by Conrad Donald Sr. with a simple belief: infrastructure done right changes lives. Starting with a single paving crew in Houston, Texas, we grew project by project, mile by mile.
Today, we are a full-service heavy civil construction firm with a fleet of over 80 pieces of heavy equipment, a workforce of 340+ skilled professionals, and a project portfolio spanning 12 states. Our mission remains unchanged — deliver infrastructure that endures.
